At MAIA HOMES, we want you to love your space; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home decor and furniture items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify.

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
