Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location and the size of the piece, delivery typically takes between 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer White Glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer White Glove delivery for an additional fee on select large furniture items. This service includes bringing the item into your room of choice, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We want you to love your home. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made or 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
How can I ensure the color of a sofa matches my room?
We understand that screen resolutions vary. To help you make the perfect choice, we offer complimentary fabric swatches for our upholstered collections. You can request up to five swatches through our product pages.
